Delete your Artha account
Artha by Arangan Group
Option 1: In the app (instant)
- Open the Artha app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2: By email
If you can't access the app, email artha.purushartha@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Artha account”. We will verify and delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone, city, photo)
- Saved addresses and location
- Notifications and push-notification tokens
- For priests: verification documents and profile
What we keep
- Past booking and payment records, with your name, phone and address removed, for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax law.
If you have upcoming bookings, please cancel or complete them first.
